Jan Lee, 18, Neutral Good.
Human, avid Traceuse, keen rollerskater.
Poor student, try-hard badass/ally-for-hire.
Abilities: Quick and light on her feet and the ability to Parkour it up ("Now in Parkour Vision!"). Neither an experienced streetfighter nor martial artist, though she would love to try out some of these moves she got from that action flick and that video game, or that ol' kung-fu movie, you know the one. Can be sneaky if she tries - would make a pretty dern good spy, if you gave her the chance. "Fighting style"-wise instead prefers defensive to offensive techniques - for instance, making the most of her surroundings, using the opponent against themselves, running like all hell has broken loose etc. etc. Mostly she prefers to avoid a fight if she can, but sometimes these things just can't be helped. Especially when one occasionally offers one's services to the powers-of-good (or neutral, if the conditions are right) that might need them ("Hey man, when you're a poor student, you gotta take the initiative, you know?").
Weaknesses: Apart from the whole 'regular human' thing, often walks the borderline of 'too curious' ("Psh, there's no such thing..."). Also has a tendency to act before she thinks about the consequences of her actions from time to time, literally leaping before she looks. Yes, this even applies to flow. ("Sadly for me.")
Profile: Spunky, extroverted and a bit cocky. Spontaneous and outspoken. Cheerful, optimistic and quick-witted. Is perceptive and observant and has a keen eye as well as a keen ear... when she's actively looking out, that is. A Tomboy. Occasionally her androgynously-femininely-masculine features and boyish ways have had her mistaken for a dude. Born in the country but lives away from home - she always was a City girl at heart. ("There's just nothing to do in the country, you know? It's so... quiet and boring! And flat! I like the noise and the cityscape here, thank-you-very-much."). Enjoys gaming, lame jokes and action films of all sorts, no matter how camp. Loves music and the freedom of movement absolutely. Plays bass in a musical duo with her best mate Adam Mieczysław McD. ("The D stands for Dick, by the way."), who is a drummer. He's probably the closest thing she has to a "sidekick". Tall, blond, lanky, fellow Traceur ("Parkour? More like Par'cool'!"), awesome.
Appearance: Mid-long dark hair, brown eyes, petite. Don't let her slight frame fool you, she's quicker and stronger than first glance would have you know. Not remarkably short, but not exactly tall either. ("Well excuse me if I happen to be somewhat 'vertically challenged'!")
Setting: No specifics yet, but somewhere big and urban and probably a little bit grey and grimy. It might seem uninviting, but with PK vision, you make the best of whatcha got!
Genre: Action, modern/contemporary stuff.
Permission: I'll probably give the go-ahead, but ask anyway :]
