Real Name: Unknown
Alias: The Barman
Age: Unknown, but looks young 30s.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Type: Supernatural Insomniac
Abilities: His only 'power', per say, is that he never needs to sleep. Non super-wise, though, he is a trickster with great skills in sleight of hand. Interpret this as you will - I don't think he's limited to just physically feasible things, though I don't think he could make, say, a grand piano disappear up his sleeve. Be creative within reason, essentially.
As a barman, he's also able to do all the fancy drink making tricks and stuff. He has a fantastic alcohol tolerance, but may act drunk if it's advantageous to him.
Weakness: Trades. He'll trade anything for equivalent value - money, information, favours, people... But what counts as 'equivalent' is up to him.
Weapons: He can hold his own well in a fight, but doesn't ever get involved unless someone else drags him in. Even then, he's more likely to evade and make his opponent burn themselves out than to actually throw punches. He prefers to use humiliation, blackmail and bribery as weapons rather than his fists. For example, he'd handcuff his opponent to a pipe, leave him there for days and laugh at him instead of trying to knock him out or kill him.
Location: The Urupha Slums, Copell City.
Civillian Info: No one really seems to know much about him personally. They know that he deals in all sorts of things - he's a trader, basically. If you have something you need, or something you want to get rid of, he can sort it out for you - for a price. He's the barman of the {Crap, what do I call the bar!?} in the Urupha slums in Copell City. He always seems to be there - he doesn't need to sleep, so he just lives at his bar. He's always around, though sometimes he may not be behind the bar if it's quiet.
Personality: He's a flirt by nature, but never means it. He makes dark or dirty jokes whenever he's in a good mood, but it's when he's quiet and serious that you need to be concerned. He's a man of his word, and will stick by any promises (business or otherwise) he makes. If someone breaks a promise to him, things will get... unpleasant. He has a rule of thumb; you can't close a transaction without drinking to it, so every time he agrees on a deal with someone, he pours them each a shot of their poison of choice.
Opinions on Supers: Hey, as long as they pay up, he doesn't care.
Appearance:
This, but shorter stubble and generally more mischievous looking. The scars were his end of a deal he once made. He's beanpole thin, and dresses smartly - crisp deep blue skinny jeans, a black dress shirt with the top two buttons undone, and a waistcoat that's white on the front and red on the back over that. On his feet, he wears a pair of black sneakers that could pass as dress shoes in poor lighting (ie., in the bar), but have far better traction and flexibility than dress shoes.
Motive/Agenda: His motive is to keep things interesting - when you don't sleep, life can be pretty boring unless you encourage things. So, he trades all sorts of things to keep the criminal underworld moving.
Genre: Humour/drama/plot movement basically
Permissions: None needed within the bar, ask if you want to use him outside of it as it's somewhat out of character for him to leave the bar.
